We are seeking a personable and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and beverages, ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, taking orders efficiently whilst maintaining a friendly demeanour.
- Ensure all drinks are presented attractively and served promptly to optimise guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Manage cash register operations accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting repeat business.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting, particularly within bars or restaurants, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to beverage service is preferred.
- Proven ability in serving drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management to handle busy service periods effectively.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards guests.
