Salary: £25,620 - £25,989 pro rata per annum

Planning are looking to appoint a Business Support Administrator, who will be required to work independently and as part of a team. To provide a wide range of administrative support to the Planning Operations team.
This will include:-
- Attending meetings and minute taking.
- Creating and inputting service spreadsheets will also be required.
- Processing invoices/ Raising Purchase Orders
You should be an effective communicator, with good IT skills, be accurate and apply attention to detail in your work. You will be expected to be reliable and often use your own initiative. Full training with be provided.
Skills required
We are looking for someone who is a good team player, who is proactive and can keep a level head in a very busy service, an individual who can work on their own initiative and as part of a small team. You will be a critical member of the Planning team. Supporting the administration, including processing invoices, uploading and transferring information, organising meetings, and raising purchase orders.
To be successful you must have good keyboard skills and experience in Word, Excel, Databases and Outlook. You must also have good literacy and numeracy skills, be able to prioritise your own workload, be conscientious, well-organised and have the ability to work independently whilst part of a small team.
Location
During the training period you will be required to work in the office (County Hall, Northallerton) 5 days a week Monday to Friday. Once training is complete you will be required to work in the office twice a week.
