Due to the continued growth of our O&M Department, EAST is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic administrator who has experience within a fast paced office environment. The successful candidate will provide support and assistance to the O&M Team.
Key Tasks:
- Raising Purchase Orders & ordering materials
- Producing invoices/applications
- Supporting project engineers with administration duties to assist with the delivery of works.
- Collating supplier documentation/test certificates
- Engineer paperwork – Job instructions/Reports
- Liaising with customers to book in works/updating resource schedule.
- Updating project files/databases
- Admin support for Field staff booking hotels
- Building and maintaining customer and supplier relationships
Suitable candidate ideally will have:
- Administration experience
- Excellent planning & organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – at all levels
- Good customer service skills
- Good time management with the ability to co-ordinate activities and manage casework, for both self and others
- Working experience of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook

- Enthusiasm, the ability to contribute to a team, a flexible approach to all aspects of work
- To be able to work on own initiative
- Ability to work with low level supervision
This is a permanent position based at our Downham Market office:
