We are looking for a qualified Conveyancer / Solicitor / Property Lawyer, with legal experience in residential freehold and leasehold conveyancing, to join our team.
The position requires a CLC qualified Licensed Conveyancer or SRA Qualified Solicitor.
This is a fee earning position.
The successful candidate will be provided with an experienced assistant.
As a team, you will be responsible for a consistent caseload of residential sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity transactions.
There is no obligation to market or expectation to bring in new work.
We are a growing, independent practice based in Strood.
Starting salary £36-46k depending on experience.
