Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.

- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to meet the restaurant's standards.
- Handle any customer feedback or concerns regarding food quality promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
- Culinary qualifications or certifications are preferred but not essential.

Pay: £26,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
