About Us
At Full Exposure Ltd, we produce premium video content for brands, businesses and events across the UK. We've worked with clients including Ford, HBO, HAYU, Link Up TV and many more, delivering everything from commercial campaigns and branded content to live events, podcasts and social media productions.
Based in Manchester, our work takes us across the UK, with occasional international projects. We're looking to build a network of talented freelance videographers who can become a regular part of our team as we continue to grow.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable freelance videographer to join us on an ongoing project-by-project basis.
You'll work alongside our production team, capturing high-quality footage while representing Full Exposure professionally on set and with clients. Every shoot is different, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide range of productions, including:
- Commercial campaigns
- Corporate videos
- Live events and festivals
- Podcasts
- Product launches
- Social media content
- Music and entertainment productions
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' commercial videography experience with a strong portfolio or showreel.
- Confident shooting with Sony cameras (Sony FX3, A7S III or similar preferred).
- Your own camera kit, or the ability to hire equipment when required.
- Gimbal, tripod and basic audio kit preferred.
- A good understanding of camera operation, lighting and audio.
- Reliable, professional and easy to work with.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients.
- Happy to travel across the UK, with occasional international opportunities.
- Available for overnight stays on longer productions (all travel and accommodation covered).
- Able to work well as part of a team while also being confident working independently.
- Photography or editing experience is a bonus, but not essential.
