Post: Host Co-ordinator
Responsible to: Business Support Manager

We are an ambitious, growing Community Interest Company providing a Supported Lodgings service for Care Leavers and Young People facing homelessness across Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Greater London and beyond.
Supported Lodgings matches members of the community who have a spare room, the patience and ability to house and support a young person, with young people leaving the care system of facing homelessness. 3 Bridge Solution CIC supports both the Host and young person throughout the young person’s stay.
We are seeking a Sales Administrator (Host Coordinator) to manage the recruitment of Supported Lodgings Hosts.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Making and receiving calls from prospective Hosts
- Initial screening of new applicants
- Booking and managing appointments
- Arranging follow up meetings and home visits
- Managing a database
- Drafting and sending letters
- Monitoring and managing the new Host onboarding process
- Chasing up outstanding documents
Full training on screening the suitability of Host applications will be provided. The successful candidate will require:
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Customer service skills
- Excellent IT skills and demonstrable capability using Microsoft Excell, Word and Outlook
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Professional, discreet and experienced in handling confidential information
- A clear criminal record and an Enhanced DBS (carried out by us)
- Good references
- Right to work in the UK
There would also be interaction with local authorities, social workers, Hosts and occasionally young people. It is important you can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, demonstrate a positive outlook, flexible approach, natural empathy, compassion, and resilience.
This position would be ideal for someone local to our Head Office in Three Bridges, Crawley. Our Host applicants often request calls in the evenings; therefore, this position would suit someone able to balance working from home with office presence.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,500 p/a, 25 days annual leave and all Bank Holidays, flexible hours, remote / home working, pension scheme and sick pay as well as access to a comprehensive EAP.
