About the Role
Spinal Homecare is a specialist care provider dedicated to supporting clients to maintain their independence and continue living comfortably in their own homes. We provide care and support across the Lune Valley, Bentham, Ingleton and surrounding areas.
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Female Home Care Assistants to join our team.
Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

- Female driver with access to a vehicle

Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will vary depending on individual client needs, but may include:
- Supporting with personal care when needed.
- Meal preparation
- Assisting with shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Supporting clients with medication
- Domestic tasks and support with laundry
- Assisting with household organisation and general maintenance tasks
- Ligh gardening
- Providing companionship and emotional support where appropriate
- Assisting with correspondence and day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support to appointments
- Communicate with care managers, family members and health professionals when needed
Good communication between you and your clients is essential. Established care routines will be in place, and you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, professionally, and with dignity and respect.
