Grounds Operator
You will be a part of the ground work team. Undertaking a variety of ground work A physically fit, committed and hardworking ground worker with a professional outlook to business. Has a CSCS card
Highly competent in a wide range of ground working, such as ground levelling, Planting, Seeding and grounds clearance/maintenance.
Has completed specific training in the use of grounds maintenance equipment and machinery – such as , tractor driving/Mowers, Strimmers etc. as well as health and safety training.
A valuable team member, able to take instructions and work according to schedules and timescales Able to work well with other members of the team or on their own with minimal supervision
Academic Qualifications
GCSEs: English (C), Maths (C)
Key Skills
Trained in manual handling.
Keen to learn new skills and take on new training opportunities.
Full range of ground working duties and labouring.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
· Clearing a construction site post Solar Arrays installation
· Levelling construction site
· Removing site vegetation
· Sorting site drainage
· Operating plant machinery for excavation
· Planting new vegetation
· Re-seeding
· Hedge planting
· Complete finishing touches to ground surfaces
· Level 1 Certificate in Construction and Groundworks
· CSCS
· Right to work in the UK
· Full driving licence

Pay: £33,210.00 per year
