Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles using schematics, diagnostic tools, and mechanical knowledge to identify issues accurately.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, suspension, and electrical components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely.
- Interpret technical diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems effectively.
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks safely when handling engine parts or heavy components during repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain detailed service records, update work orders, and ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and advising on maintenance needs to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Car Mechanic or in a similar automotive repair role with strong mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and vehicle repair manuals.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques for vehicle repairs.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, equipment repair methods, and safety protocols.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently as required for certain repair tasks
We are looking for permanent or part time reliable mechanic and also for a self employed mechanic .
Pay: £700.00-£750.00 per week
