We are looking for, enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a positive can-do attitude, eye for attention to detail, with manual dexterity, who are keen to learn and enjoy a fast-paced working environment. As part of the mould shop team, you will be responsible for manning machines, quality checking products and packing finished mouldings into stillages ready to be transported to the assembly lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring moulding machines to produce high-quality mouldings.
- Performing quality inspections on products to ensure they meet our standards.
- Strive to meet or improve on output targets.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures put in place by the management team.
- Support Setters and Supervisors to ensure maximum output is achieved
- Ensuring the machine runs smoothly and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Some parts assembly is required as part of the role
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or moulding environment (preferred but not essential).
- Strong Attention to Detail and a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Mechanical Aptitude with the ability to learn new machinery and processes quickly.
- Team Player with a proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Continental Shift:
The hours of work are 4 x 6pm - 10pm followed by 4 days off
This shift runs 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays.
