Salary: £30,000+ per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus scheme
Are you an experienced MOT Tester or Vehicle Technician looking for a new challenge with a well-established, family-owned motor group?
Clarks of Kidderminster is part of the WCS Group, proudly serving motorists across the West Midlands for over 70 years. Representing the exciting Kia, Omoda and Jaecoo brands, we are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated MOT Tester & Vehicle Technician to join our professional workshop team.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
- Completing vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs
- Conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
- Preparing used vehicles to a high retail standard
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently
- Maintaining accurate workshop records and documentation
- Working to manufacturer and company quality standards
- Supporting the workshop team to deliver excellent customer service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current MOT Tester licence (essential)
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Previous experience as an MOT Tester and/or Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A full UK driving licence

Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with a Saturday morning rota.
