Easebourne CE Primary School is a one-form entry primary school set in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Job Details
Salary: Grade 3: £24,796 – £25,185 - pro rata for part-time and term time only
Contract Type: Fixed Term - 2 terms starting 1st September 2026
Working Pattern: Part-time
Location: Easebourne
Interviews: w/c 13th July 2026
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Have experience of working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.
- Be confident supporting children across the primary age range
- Provide general classroom support and offer 1:1 support for individual children when needed.
- Support interventions including phonics, speech and language, and maths fluency.
- Support behaviour using appropriate SEND-informed approaches.
- Be caring, patient and able to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Be proactive, reliable and willing to use their initiative.
- Support children’s personal, social and emotional development through positive daily interactions.
- Be confident in English and maths, Grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent is desirable.
- Be willing to contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
