Job Title: Shop Assistant – Cake and coffee Shop (Inverness)
We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our busy dessert shop located opposite Inverness Castle, with excellent transport links.
About the Role:
This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be involved in:
Serving customers and providing great customer service
Making hot drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes
Keeping the shop clean, organised, and welcoming
Hours & Availability:
Minimum 10 hours per week guaranteed, with opportunities for additional hours
Shifts roughly :
Tuesday 10-3pm
Wednesday: 10–3pm
Sundays: 11-3pm
Must be available for at least one weekend day
Shifts start from 7am, latest finish 8pm (holiday cover)
Can allocate set shifts
School holiday availability is essential
Pay & Benefits:-
Starting at minimum wage, increasing after a 3-month probation period
