We are looking for a caring, compassionate, and reliable Support Worker to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 months, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. If you are passionate about helping others live fulfilling and independent lives, we'd love to hear from you.

- Be willing to learn, develop new skills, and participate in ongoing training.
- Hold a full, valid driving licence and have access to their own reliable vehicle, as travel between service users and community-based support is an essential part of the role.
Essential requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Access to your own insured and reliable vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

As a Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals, maintain their independence, and enjoy the best possible quality of life.
