Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to be able to demonstrate the ability to master the following tasks within their probationary period of 3 months
- Designing Solar Systems and creating technical specification, using EasyPV software
- Creating property visuals and schematics using CAD software
- Quoting installations using Tradify job management tool
- Processing customer contracts for MCS Compliance
- Completing handover procedure with clients
- Monitoring solar installation functionality via online portals
- Trouble-shooting solar systems and communication with technical helplines
- Supporting clients with queries and outages
- Assistance with other departments as and where required
- Designing Home Assistant and Shelly home automation systems
Must have the following capabilities - please do not apply if any of these do not apply to you
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Calm and methodical approach to systems
- Competence and familiarity with CAD software
- Work as part of a team
- Be well presented and have good communication skills
- Takes ownership and responsibility of outcomes
Desirable Skill Set - we will provide training for the right candidate
- Knowledge of Electrical installations
- CAD design and modelling
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge of BS7671 electrical regulations
- Knowledge of the principles of Solar PV and battery systems
