We are looking for a hardworking and passionate CDP for our busy, well respected pub. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about food and who is wanting to learn from a very experienced team.
Here at the Driftwood Spars, we cook everything from scratch and our head chef is excited to share his recipes and methods of practice with the right individual.
You`ll be supporting the Head Chef in a range of duties including fresh food preparation and cooking as well as undertaking kitchen management duties including ordering, stock control and ensuring food safety and cleaning standards are met.
Requirements:- Excellent culinary skills- Passionate about food- The ability to maintain high standards and consistency in a high volume environment- a health and hygiene certificate.
