Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Coach to join our coaching team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a commitment to educating and developing athletes. This role is essential in supporting the head coach in training sessions, competitions, and overall team management. The Assistant Coach will play a vital role in fostering a positive and motivating environment for athletes to excel.
Responsibilities
- Must arrive 30 minutes before the session begins
- Demonstrate at least one skill in the warm up
- Delivers Multi-Ball
- Help to set up the session
- Ensure the end zones are put onto all small pitches during the 2nd drink break
- Learn how to set up and lead drills
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy

- Punctual and reliable

- Confident, outgoing, high energy and enthusiastic
