Public House General Manager
We are recruiting a hands on Public House manager to help develop the Duchess in Dover. The Successful candidate will be responsible for all areas of managing this wet led town centre pub but must be willing to still spend the majority of there time serving customers behind the bar as during quite periods the manager makes up 50 percent of the hours for the team. During busy periods they must have the ability to direct and control l larger team of up to 6 staff.

experience is required in the following areas
Managing Staff and leadership
Cash Control
Stop Control
Merchandising
Customer Service
Ability to adhere to company standards and procedures
A keen interests in sports and pub games would also be a key advantage
