At Let’s Talk Well, we reach hundreds of children and young people every year as well as offering support and advice to parents/carers and training for professionals. We work to ensure that every young person has easy, prompt, independent access to appropriate support according to their needs.
Our Training Team are looking to add an enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified tutor with a passion for nurturing students, help them to grow and develop on Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling – Adults and CYP. You will be a considered individual, who cares about people, and making a difference where it matters most. This role requires an individual who is driven to support Let’s Talk Well to achieve its ambitions at pace, today and in the future.
The position is for a Gloucester based Level 4 tutor (term time only) starting in September 2026.

Place of Work:
Let’s Talk Well, Eastgate House, Gloucester and on occasions at Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire, GL17 0DD. You will also be required to attend Let’s Talk Well meetings and training related to the post at various locations across Gloucestershire as required. You will not be required to work outside the UK.
Terms: Permanent subject to a satisfactory 6-month probation period and funding.
Post: Flexible, term time only.
Rate of Pay: Grade D: £38,278.50 - £41,203.50.Starting salary of £19.63 per hour: £38,278.50 per annum full time equivalent (pro rata for part time employees). Salary is dependent on experience.
