Our award-winning practice includes over 1,000 professionals in over 40 offices across the United States, Middle East, Europe, Latin America, India and Asia Pacific. Our Transaction Advisory team have established Alvarez & Marsal as one of the leading providers of financial due diligence globally and the leading firm to develop a fulfilling career in Transaction Advisory.
A&M provides investors and lenders with the answers needed to get the deal done. We combine our firm’s deep operational, industry and functional resources with quality financial accounting and tax expertise to assess key deal drivers and focus on the root cause of any critical deal issues. The largest Transaction Advisory practice outside the Big Four, our global integrated teams help private equity and corporate acquirers unlock value across the investment cycle.
How you will contribute
We are seeking an experienced Quality & Risk Management (Q&RM) professional to join our team, with a focus on the EMEA region, at Director or Senior Director level. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in financial due diligence and a proven ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
This role combines regional and global impact. You will lead EMEA-specific consultations while partnering closely with the Global Chief Risk Officer to drive consistency and streamline processes across our Global Transaction Advisory practice.
Success in this role requires a proactive and highly collaborative approach. The right candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, while also confidently engaged with internal and external stakeholders and mobilising the right resources to deliver outcomes.
Qualifications
- Performing financial due diligence as an EMEA-based client-server within a Big Four firm
- Cross-border experience, ideally multilingual
- Professional certification (ACA / ACCA preferred)
- Consulting on contract and policy matters
- Performing quality reviews
- Developing and delivering Q&RM-focused learning
- Developing and deploying Q&RM-specific tools
- Q&RM process design / redesign
- Practice integration / onboarding
