At 200 Degrees, we pride ourselves on serving great coffee. We’re now looking for our next Head Barista to join the management team and keep our coffee standards high.
As a Head Barista you will support with General Manager with the running of your coffee shop, with a focus on coffee quality. You’ll support the team to deliver fantastic quality coffee through training and guidance. You’ll work closely with the Senior Head Barista in your area to maintain coffee quality. You may also have the opportunity to run our barista school classes with our customers if that’s something you would like to do.
