About the Role
We are looking for a confident stylist who can:
- Deliver exceptional cutting, colouring and styling services
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Provide outstanding consultation and customer service
- Recommend and retail professional haircare products
- Work independently while contributing positively to the team
- Maintain high standards of salon presentation and professionalism
- Support and encourage junior team members where required
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years salon floor experience
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Hairdressing (or equivalent)
- Confident in all aspects of cutting and colouring
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable and motivated
- Passionate about education and keeping up with industry trends
