Overview

Duties
- Assist the Manager in coordinating daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow across departments
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and training sessions, with a focus on teaching skills where applicable
- Oversee team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and service quality
- Contribute to planning and organising programmes or activities aligned with organisational goals
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction
- Support the organisation of schedules, meetings, and events as required
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies at all times
- Step into managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Manager, making decisions as necessary
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a relevant sector
- Strong background in teaching or training environments is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
