Job Summary
We are a medium sized; design led commercial practice based in Essex working on multi-million pound schemes across numerous sectors with project sites throughout England. We have a reputation for design quality and excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate should be proficient in developing scheme designs in 3D and have a strong working knowledge of working within a BIM environment, developing schemes in line with delivery plans. Ideally you will have 2 – 3 years’ experience of BIM modelling software such as Revit or ArchiCAD and have strong construction detailing skills.

We are seeking a CIAT qualified Technologist. You must be willing to learn and ready to contribute your ideas and personality to our friendly and open office environment.
