Freshways in Cookstown is one of a number of retail outlets that make up Wilsons Freshways Ltd. We have been on Burns Road trading for 32 years. We are a family run business selling fresh fruit and veg, flowers and local homemade produce . We are professional and customer-centred and our goal is to help provide the best service to our customers .
We are looking for a Shop Manager to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, helping customers find the items they need, stocking shelves, and processing payments.
A drivers licence is essential, for delivery and collection of produce. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
