Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Domestic Assistant to join our team and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and organizational services, ensuring that all areas are hygienic, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a comfortable space for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Manage waste disposal and recycling processes to uphold hygiene standards
- Organize storage spaces and supplies to ensure easy access and efficient use of resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents to address cleaning needs or concerns promptly
- Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and supplies inventory
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination
- Assist with light maintenance tasks or reporting repairs needed in the facility
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.
We are looking for:
- Proven experience in hospitality, cleaning, or management roles is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with team members and residents
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
