A technical support engineer (Radio Frequency) is required to help us meet demand for our growing business. We make modern radio engineering software for diverse industries such as Defence, Mining, Government, Broadcasting, Private Cellular and Search and Rescue.
There are no minimum qualifications but you will need to have strong technical experience either computing, geo-spatial systems or radio. We will take an experienced radio operator who can pick up our API or a software developer looking for a pivot into teaching and learning new technologies.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Answering support tickets eg. "What settings should I use for a UHF drone?"
- Delivering remote and in-person training on how to use our software
- Source and prepare GIS data (LiDAR etc) for use with our open standards system
- Work alongside the developers to test new features and report bugs
- Support field testing and live demonstrations

Ideal candidates for this role include Armed Forces and Blue Lights Veterans who have experience of teaching.
