The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and personable Waiting Staff to join our food and beverage team. You'll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for our guests by providing attentive table service, maintaining high standards, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve meals and beverages to a high standard.
- Ensure tables are set, cleared, and presented impeccably.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant and bar areas.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and special events as required.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and licensing regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods.
- Good attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is essential
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
