Timothy's Hotel is looking for a Live in Duty Manager who can assist in the running of this busy venue.
You will be required to be responsible for this room only hospitality business. Duties will include reception duties, as well as all aspects of health and safety, staff management, ordering and stock control, with inputs & responsibilities into the daily management of the entire hotel operation.
You will report directly to the cluster manager and be the point of contact for both staff and customers alike. You must have excellent customer service, a fantastic attitude & work ethic, be willing to learn, and be able to work in and lead a small team. We are looking for candidates with solid experience in a management role, the right all-round candidate who can be involved in the management of all departments including overseeing front office and house-keeping.
This is very much a hands-on management role focusing on all areas, but especially accommodation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant / Duty or Deputy Manager in a small hotel, although not necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate.
This is a full-time, live-in position that would equally suit someone who is looking to develop their all-round skills within a small hotel and be involved in every aspect of the business.
