Cover People are seeking enthusiastic and experienced English Teachers to provide short-term and daily cover across a range of secondary schools in North Manchester. With increasing demand from our partner schools, we are looking to expand our pool of reliable teachers who can step into classrooms and deliver high-quality learning experiences at short notice.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety in their working week and want the freedom to choose when and where they work. Assignments can range from one-day bookings to several weeks of cover, depending on school requirements.
You will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning, maintaining positive classroom environments, and supporting students to achieve their best.
Requirements:

QTS and experience teaching secondary English

Confidence teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4

Effective classroom management skills
