Salary: £29,000
£29,000 starting salary based on 40 hours per week, plus on average one sleep-in per week paid at £55 per sleep

Responsible for the supervision of young people in a registered Children ’s Home, providing advice, care, and stability, ensuring fair and equal treatment for all young people in residence on a daily basis.

Our two homes are four bedroom registered Children’s Home's located in the Northamptonshire town of Wellingborough and Higham Ferrers. Providing 24-hour care, 52 weeks of the year for a maximum of two children/young people who have come from trauma between the ages of 8 and 18yrs of age.
What we are looking for:
To support us we are looking for Support Practitioners to join our team that can work under the direction of Operational Managers to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of both homes Duties will include key-working, arranging and accompanying children to various appointments, house tasks i.e., cleaning, meal preparation and cooking in addition to sleep in duties.
To be considered for these roles, applicants must hold the following;
- Qualified Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Full driving licence
