We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and hardworking Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Fish Bros, our fish & chip restaurant.
This is a customer-facing role, so we’re looking for someone who is welcoming, polite, confident and attentive, and who genuinely enjoys providing great service.
Your duties will include:
* Welcoming and greeting customers
* Seating guests and helping manage reservations
* Taking care of customers throughout their visit
* Serving food and drinks to tables
* Checking that customers have everything they need
* Clearing and cleaning tables promptly after guests leave
* Resetting tables ready for the next customers
* Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and presentable
* Sweeping and mopping floors
* Helping with general cleaning and end-of-day tidy-up
* Supporting the rest of the Fish Bros team wherever needed

* Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, although training can be provided for the right person
