We are currently looking to recruit a hardworking and enthusiastic sous chef to join our kitchen team.
This job will involve supporting the head chef in creating menus, running the kitchen and managing the team in his absence, preparing and cooking all aspects of our menu alongside specials with these changing on a regular basis. Maintaining the highest level of food quality and ensuring standards are consistent. Maintaining a positive and professional approach with both the kitchen and front of house.
Pay is negotiable dependent upon experience. In addition to your salary the successful candidate will enjoy a pro-rata share of tips, company discount, meals provided on service and a company pension.
Transport is essential due to our location.
