Job Title: Cleaner
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This position is for 24 hours per week, split over two sites; Monday to Friday. Times can be flexible and determined at the outset.
As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within two local Independant Living Schemes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring a sanitary environment for all. You will have previous experience and the ability to work alone and without regular supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Sanitize and disinfect surfaces regularly
- Empty rubbish receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
-Good timekeeping
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license (nice-to-have)
