**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in French and Mediterranean cuisine, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality meals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of Mediterranean dishes, including traditional French classics like bouillabaisse, ratatouille, and more.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Ensure food quality and presentation are consistently excellent.
- Organise with menu planning and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role, preferably in French or Mediterranean cuisine.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow recipes and work closely with the kitchen team.
- Passion for food and creativity in culinary presentation.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
