Oakburn Samuel is expanding our graduate intake, and we’re looking for driven, competitive, and commercially minded individuals to join our team in a full 360 recruitment role. You’ll be trained to become an expert in your market, build relationships with clients and candidates, and run the full recruitment lifecycle from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Business development – identifying, approaching, and winning new clients in your specialist market.
- Candidate sourcing – headhunting top talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Managing the full recruitment process – from initial brief to offer negotiation and placement.
- Building long‑term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor in your niche.
- Market intelligence – understanding trends, talent shortages, and opportunities to grow your desk.
- Working to targets and driving revenue through high‑quality recruitment delivery.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need recruitment experience, we’ll train you. But you must bring the right mindset.
- A recent graduate (any discipline) with strong communication skills
- Competitive, ambitious, and motivated by progression and earnings
- Confident speaking to senior professionals and decision‑makers
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
- Someone who thrives in a performance‑driven, commercial role
- A natural relationship‑builder with strong emotional intelligence
