TOPS:Health is looking for an exceptional Lead Clinician to provide clinical leadership across our Oxford clinics and help drive the next phase of growth within our organisation.
This is more than a senior physiotherapy role.
You will be the clinical leader of an established private practice team, working alongside our General Manager and wider leadership team to develop clinicians, enhance patient outcomes and influence the future direction of our services.
As part of the wider Sano Physiotherapy Group, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced clinical leaders across multiple locations while helping shape how we deliver outstanding musculoskeletal care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of physiotherapists
- Coaching, mentoring and supporting clinician development
- Driving clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
- Leading in-house clinical education and CPD activities
- Maintaining your own advanced musculoskeletal caseload
- Supporting clinic growth and service innovation
- Working collaboratively with leaders across the Sano Physiotherapy Group
What We're Looking For
This role would suit a confident, experienced physiotherapist who:
- Has substantial private practice experience
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes
- Enjoys developing and mentoring other clinicians
- Understands both the clinical and commercial realities of private practice
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is recognised by colleagues as a credible clinical leader
- Wants to play a key role in the growth and development of a successful healthcare organisation
Previous leadership experience is advantageous, but we are equally interested in hearing from ambitious senior clinicians ready to step into a larger leadership role.
