Close Protection Officer (Temporary Contract)

We are currently seeking experienced and professional Close Protection Officers for a temporary assignment based in Nottingham. This is a two-week contract requiring candidates who are available to start immediately and can commit to 12-hour shifts throughout the assignment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of close protection services while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness at all times.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SIA Close Protection Licence (essential)
- Available for an immediate start (essential)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (essential)
- Reliable transport or the ability to commute consistently to Nottingham (essential)
- Must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours on a temporary basis
- Previous close protection experience preferred
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond appropriately to dynamic situations
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention practices
- Familiarity with CCTV operation and monitoring systems
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide close protection services to clients as required
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain situational awareness
- Monitor and report security concerns or incidents
- Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all duties are carried out in accordance with company procedures and industry best practices
