Job Description
We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Multi-skilled engineer to join our team. You will be meeting with clients and customers on a daily basis so good spoken English is required. We do rely on various apps to communicate throughout the day and to provide relevant job information so a smartphone and being comfortable to use it would be ideal, including filling in a job report.
Duties will include general maintenance work, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work, decorating, gardening and tiling. Training can be provided but industry experience will be required. Successful candidates will be carrying out general reactive maintenance, unsupervised, in residential and commercial premises. Please note, this position is demanding and fast-paced which requires applicants to use own their initiative and be good at problem-solving while maintaining professionalism and a great eye for detail.
Probation Period
1-week trial then 3 months probation
Salary
OPTION 1
£32k - £40k PA (To be discussed at interview depending on experience)
OPTION 2
£140 - £200 per day (To be discussed at the interview depending on experience)
