Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of Sexy Fish Manchester,ensuring our facilities are safe,well-maintained,and operational. This role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance and Repairs:
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks,including electrical,plumbing,HVAC,and general building repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
2. Preventative Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to ensure the longevity and efficient operation of equipment and systems.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
3. Coordination and Supervision:
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Supervise and guide on-site maintenance staff,ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
4.Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
5. Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the maintenance budget.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
Experience:1-2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related role.- Technical Skills:Proficiency in maintenance and repair of electrical,plumbing,HVAC systems,and general building infrastructure.
- Certifications:Relevant certifications in electrical,plumbing,HVAC,or general maintenance are an asset.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Team Player:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
