BACKWORKS is a modern massage studio in Angel, offering high-quality seated massage treatments for people looking to fit wellbeing into busy schedules and we’re looking for someone friendly and organised for Front of House on a self employed basis.
Working Pattern:
- One Friday per month: 11am–7pm
- One weekend per month:
- Saturday: 10am–7pm
- Sunday: 10am–5pm
There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts as the business expands with a new Holborn location opening this summer,
Pay:
£13.85 per hour
Key responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and creating a welcoming experience
- Managing bookings, client check-ins/check-outs, and payments
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the studio
- Matching clients with therapists and managing appointment flow
- Opening and closing the studio
- Keeping reception and shared spaces clean, organised, and presentable
- Helping maintain a calm and positive environment for both clients and team members
About you:
- Self-employed status required
- Previous front desk or customer-facing experience within wellness/ health, beauty
- Comfortable using Excel
- Experience using booking systems such as Fresha is helpful (training available)
- Friendly, proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently
