Senior Care Assistant (Nights)
Permanent - £14 per hour
33 hours over 3 shifts
7pm to 7am

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Carer to join our team, supporting residents while providing leadership and guidance to colleagues.
The Role
As a Senior Carer, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high‑quality care while helping to lead the team on shift.
You will:
- Provide person‑centred care, supporting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Guide and support Healthcare Assistants on shift
- Assist with organising and prioritising daily care tasks
- Monitor residents’ health and report concerns appropriately
- Support care planning and maintain accurate records
- Assist with medication (where trained and competent)
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
About You
- Experience in a care setting, ideally with senior or shift‑leading responsibilities
- Confident supporting and guiding colleagues
- Strong communication and decision‑making skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
