We are seeking a Head Cook to produce & serve consistently high quality food in a busy, well supported kitchen that reflects the 5 star standards of the Country Park. Responsible for leading kitchen operations, supervising food preparation, maintaining high food quality standards, managing inventory and kitchen staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, this role will involve regular weekend working, Bank Holidays, and school holiday periods. Food service operates daily from midday until 8:15pm, therefore flexibility around peak trading times is essential.

As part of the wider Maguire’s Country Parks group, which has 12 parks throughout the Northeast and North Yorkshire, Forget-me-not prides itself on the exceptional customer service delivered on the park and in its public house.
