We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly Front of House Café Team Members to join our busy café in the heart of the Barras, Glasgow.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be serving customers, preparing café food and drinks, and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Prepare and serve café food, drinks, and snacks to a high standard.
- Keep the café clean, tidy, and well-presented throughout the day.
- Restock displays and monitor stock levels.
- Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a café, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- A friendly, positive, and approachable attitude.
- Confidence in speaking to customers and providing excellent service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach.
- Willingness to work weekends and during busy periods.
