About Chiropractic Life
Chiropractic Life Ltd is a growing and forward-thinking healthcare business specialising in spinal health. We have an established clinic in Perth and are now excited to continue growing our new clinic in Leith, Edinburgh.
Our Leith clinic represents the next stage of our expansion, and we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist / Healthcare Administration Assistant to join our team.
We pride ourselves on providing a professional, welcoming and patient-focused service, while creating a supportive and positive environment for our team.
About the Role
As our Receptionist / Healthcare Administration Assistant, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the clinic and will be the first point of contact for our patients.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys working with people. You will help ensure that patients receive a warm welcome and have a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
Full training will be provided, so previous healthcare or chiropractic experience is not essential.
We currently operate 4 days per week, with the clinic closed on Wednesdays. We plan to move to a 5-day working week towards the beginning of 2027, so applicants must be able to work Wednesdays once the clinic expands to 5 days.
