MIG Welder / Fabricator – South Herefordshire (HR2)

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Skilled MIG Welder / Fabricator to join their busy production workshop based in South Herefordshire (HR2).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced welder looking for a stable, full-time position with no weekend work.
The Role
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a production MIG welding environment, with fabrication experience being highly desirable. You'll be working from technical drawings to produce high-quality work and will be required to complete a weld test as part of the interview process.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a production MIG welding environment.
- Ability to read, understand and work from technical drawings.
- Willingness to undertake a weld test at interview.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as the site is in a rural location.
- Positive attitude, reliability and flexibility.
Desirable
- Fabrication experience.
- Agricultural knowledge or experience (beneficial but not essential).
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday
- 7:30am – 4:00pm
- 40 hours per week
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- No weekend work
- Up to £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Weekly pay with online payslips.
