The Role
We're looking for experienced, professional Door Supervisors for regular evening shifts throughout the week. You'll be a key part of what makes our venues safe, welcoming, and brilliant — for our guests and your colleagues alike.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding guest service , always friendly, always professional
- Keeping our guests and staff safe across our venues
- Working closely with the Head Doorman to ensure smooth, well-run evenings
- Handling conflict and difficult situations with confidence and calm
- Carrying out body and bag searches when required
- Representing Distinctive Bars with exceptional appearance and timekeeping
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and licensing laws
What We're Looking For
- A current, valid SIA Door Supervisor badge — essential
- Experience in a similar door or security role
- A calm, confident, and professional manner
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly
- A team player who understands that great security means great hospitality too
