Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Uptick user to help us take over and manage our Uptick setup and day-to-day processes.
Uptick experience is essential.
We already have the basics of Uptick in place, but we are time poor and need someone who can step in, take ownership, process the work, and train us as we go.
We are a smoke ventilation / AOV service company, so experience in fire safety, compliance servicing, facilities management, fire alarms, smoke ventilation, AOV, or contractor administration would be a strong advantage.
The role would include:
- Reviewing and improving our current Uptick setup
- Helping process live jobs and service visits
- Managing day-to-day workflows within Uptick
- Supporting quotations, defects and remedial works
- Helping with service contracts and recurring visits
- Organising clients, sites, assets and records
- Creating templates, snippets and standard wording
- Training our small team so we can use the system properly going forward
We need someone practical, organised and confident who can come alongside us quickly, help us get the work processed, and show us the correct way to use Uptick in a live service business.
