Duties

- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Use IT systems to update records, document care activities, and track progress accurately
- Contribute to creating a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with residents, families, and colleagues
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Compassionate attitude with excellent listening skills and the ability to build trusting relationships
- Good physical fitness to support mobility assistance and daily tasks
